Rollworth is a founder-owned property tax appeal company. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
What this covers
This page describes the Rollworth website and the assessment check on it. It does not cover what happens once you become a client, which is set out in your engagement letter.
What we collect, and when
The assessment check is deliberately staged. We ask for a property address first and tell you whether it is in an area we serve before asking for anything about you.
The property
- The address you type.
- The normalised address and the county returned by the US Census Geocoder, a free public service. That lookup is made by our server, not by your browser, so your address is not sent to a third party from your own machine.
- Any assessment figures you choose to give us. All of those fields are optional, and the check works without them.
You
- Your name and email address.
- A mobile number, if you give one. It is optional.
- Which permissions you gave, which you declined, and the exact version of the wording you were shown.
How you arrived
- The pages you viewed on this site and the steps you completed, recorded as events.
- Marketing campaign parameters from the link you followed, if there were any.
- The referring site, if your browser sent one.
What we deliberately do not do
- No third-party analytics. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no tag manager, no chat widget. Event data goes to our own database and nowhere else.
- No tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies at all. A session identifier is held in your browser's session storage and is discarded when you close the tab.
- Nothing personal in a web address. Your details are never placed in a URL or a query string, so they do not end up in browser history, referrer headers, or a link you might share.
- Nothing personal in our logs. Server logs are redacted before they are written: names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, parcel numbers, and every assessment figure are removed by the logging code itself rather than by convention.
- No selling, and no sharing for advertising. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.
Where it is stored
In a Rollworth-controlled Supabase database, which is the system of record. The tables are not reachable through any public interface: there is no route to them from a browser, and the website server reaches them only through a small number of specific, reviewed operations.
Email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses are also stored as one-way hashes, which is how we recognise a repeat submission without keeping a second searchable copy of your details.
Who else sees it
- GoHighLevel, our customer relationship system, receives your name, contact details, the property address, and which permissions you gave, so that Dan can reply to you. It receives no internal scoring, no reason codes, and no assessment analysis.
- The US Census Geocoder receives the property address in order to return the county. It does not receive your name or contact details.
- Netlify hosts the site and runs the server code.
We use no other processor for anything on this website.
How we contact you
By email about the property you asked about. We do not run a newsletter from this form and we do not add you to a marketing list from it.
We never send a text message without your explicit permission. Giving us a mobile number is not permission; the separate agreement on the consent step is. See the consent page for the exact wording.
If our check shows there are no first-year savings on your property, you are not put into any follow-up sequence at all.
If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it removed, ask us and we will do it.
Asking us about any of this
